Reservation is guaranteed after deposit payment is received on our bank accounts and thus “Reservation Confirmation” is issued.
Minimum required deposit is in amount of first night.
You will receive address and other contact details together with your “Reservation confirmation”.
You have to arrange all details including check in time directly with owners.
The outstanding balance including extra services (if there are any) is paid on the day of arrival at the time of handing over the keys and has to be paid in Euro cash.
On the handing over of keys you should deposit a guarantee of 100 €. This guarantee can either be in cash or by credit card and is against possible damage to the premises resulting from your negligence.
Any changes, cancellations or no-shows are subject of loosing a whole amount of deposit payment.
